How to Track My Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

You can also view your order status and tracking details by logging into your KTM Twins account or visiting the Orders Portal.

Please allow carriers time to scan and update tracking information after your shipment has been processed.

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days or you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team.
