Understanding Backorders

Some products sold by KTM Twins may become temporarily unavailable due to supplier or manufacturer inventory shortages.

When an item is on backorder:

• Your order will remain active until inventory becomes available.
• Estimated arrival dates are provided when available but are subject to change.
• You will receive email updates regarding significant changes to availability.
• Backordered items may be canceled upon request prior to shipment.

Because KTM Twins relies on manufacturers and distributors for inventory information, ETA dates cannot be guaranteed.
