Why Was My Order Split Into Multiple Shipments?

Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages.


This can happen when:

  • Some items are available sooner than others
  • Products ship from different suppliers
  • Backordered items become available later

If your order has been split, you will receive tracking information for each shipment as it is processed.
