Shipping Claims

If your shipment was lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, a shipping claim may be available.


To begin a claim:

  1. Visit our Shipping Claims Portal.
  2. Provide your order number and requested information.
  3. Submit any supporting photos or documentation if applicable.

Claims are reviewed based on the shipping service used and whether Package Protection was selected during checkout.


Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. Additional information may be requested during the review process.
