Shipping Claims
If your shipment was lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, a shipping claim may be available.
To begin a claim:
- Visit our Shipping Claims Portal.
- Provide your order number and requested information.
- Submit any supporting photos or documentation if applicable.
Claims are reviewed based on the shipping service used and whether Package Protection was selected during checkout.
Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. Additional information may be requested during the review process.
