Understanding Store Credit
KTM Twins may offer store credit in certain situations, including returns, exchanges, canceled orders, backorder cancellations, and customer service resolutions.
Store Credit for Returns & Exchanges
When store credit is issued as part of a return or exchange, it is typically provided in the form of a digital gift card sent by email.
The gift card will contain a unique code that can be applied during checkout toward future purchases.
Other Store Credit
Store credit may also be issued in certain situations instead of a refund to the original payment method, such as refunds requested more than 120 days after purchase.
The method used to issue store credit may vary depending on the circumstances.
How to Redeem Store Credit
To redeem a gift card:
- Add items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your gift card code in the Gift Card or Discount Code field.
- Click Apply to apply the available balance toward your order.
To redeem your store credit:
When logged into your KTM Twins account or using Shop Pay, available store credit will appear as a payment option during checkout.
Simply select "Apply Store Credit" to use your available balance toward your purchase.
If the value of your purchase exceeds your available store credit, you may pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases.
