How to Change or Cancel an Order
Customers may make certain changes to their order within approximately 2 hours of placing it.
Eligible changes include:
- Adding items
- Removing items
- Updating the shipping address
- Updating email or phone information
- Applying a discount code
- Canceling the order
You can manage your order from:
- The order confirmation page immediately after checkout
- Your KTM Twins Orders Portal
Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, self-service changes may no longer be available.
