Returns Policy
We understand that returns happen, and we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Standard returns are available for eligible U.S. domestic orders (excluding Puerto Rico) and must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all original labels, tags, stickers, protective films, components, and accessories included. Items showing signs of use, installation, wear, damage, dirt, scratches, scuffs, or other indications that they have been mounted or used cannot be accepted.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.
Free Returns & Package Protection
KTM Twins partners with Redo to offer Free Returns & Package Protection at checkout. Customers who select this option receive return shipping on eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, along with protection against qualifying loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If Free Returns & Package Protection was not selected at checkout, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for standard returns, including opened electrical components, OEM and aftermarket ignition components, opened chemicals and fluids, and acid-filled batteries. Additional product and condition restrictions may apply.
Apparel, including helmets, jackets, jerseys, pants, gloves, and footwear, may be returned within 30 days for store credit only and must meet all applicable condition and packaging requirements.
International Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Standard returns are not accepted on international orders. However, customers residing in the European Union or United Kingdom may have a statutory Right of Withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, where applicable.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you no longer have access to that payment method, you will need to contact your bank or payment provider to recover the funds after the refund has been processed.
Refunds processed more than 120 days after the original payment date can only be issued as store credit. This also applies to backordered and preordered items.
